Check-in was quick and friendly, making me feel welcomed instantly. The room was clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfort during the stay. Plus, the location was fantastic, close to many attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the spacious feel of the Superior Twin Room, perfect for families.

The pillows could definitely be better.

great location

friendly service

i loved staying at one cancun centro. the room was spacious, and the location was unbeatable! it’s super close to the airport and just a short taxi ride to the mall. the check-in service was fantastic, too. the staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed right away.

The pillows could definitely be better. they were not very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and welcoming.

We checked in late and found our room dirty. There were stains on the bedsheets and hair in the shower.

Superb local breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful. a nice pool made for refreshing swims at night!

The room was small with limited outlets. Shower pressure was low, causing some inconvenience during my stay.

Great for Short Business Trips!

I stayed for two nights with my family. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated the nearby restaurants, especially the sushi place. The breakfast options were limited, but if you're just looking for a cozy spot to crash, this is it. Remember to ask for extra pillows!

I really appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival, especially since we were traveling with my special needs son's autism support dog. The pool was a fantastic spot to unwind after our day activities, and our room was tidy and well-kept throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if there were more breakfast options for kids.

Recommend it for families

The breakfast included was amazing with fresh fruit and delicious scrambled eggs which hit the spot after a long travel day. The young man at check in was super helpful and friendly, letting us leave our bags since we got there early.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

Cozy stay, but small rooms!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the handy location right by restaurants. The breakfast was kinda basic, but the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The room was cramped with just one outlet and no closet space, so that was annoying. Pool was nice for evening swims, though!
